Forty years, forty galas. As we review four decades of philanthropy, we celebrate iconic moments of this much anticipated event. On the occasion of the Gala’s 40th anniversary, the Museo de Arte de Ponce is pleased to present Bold and Rebellious: UK 1984.
For this event, the Gala will travel back in time 40 years to 1984 in London, England, where our iconic masterpiece Flaming June is currently being displayed in the galleries of the Royal Academy of Arts until January 2025. The 80’s rebellious and irreverent spirit of British fashion, music, art and pop culture will provide the perfect opportunity to celebrate a Gala that will be remembered for many years to come.
The Annual Gala is the most important fundraising event of the Museum. Raised funds support its mission to promote discovery, stimulate curiosity, and foster dialogue to enhance the life of the communities. Contribute today!
