This addendum is hereby incorporated into the solicitation package of the package of Request for Proposals (“RFP”) referenced above. The following items are clarifications, corrections, additions, deletions and/or revisions to and shall take precedence over the original documents.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the MUSEO DE ARTE DE PONCE in Ponce Puerto Rico, will receive Request for Proposals(RFP) for Design Services related to the Repair, Reconstruction and Seismic Retrofitting Services of the Museum Building after the 2020 Earthquakes.
General Work Description. Work with the Museo de Arte de Ponce (MAP) and its Recovery Contractor, to develop a scope of work, conduct damage assessments, investigate structural, architectural, and soil conditions, and design and provide construction documents for the seismic repair of MAP buildings. The repairs must be consistent with federal and local codes and regulations and requirements.
A mandatory, compulsory site walk /meeting will be held at February 11, 2022.
A second site walk/meeting will be held on February 24, 2022. This second site walk is only required for those interested vendors that were unable to attend the site walk on February 11, 2022.
This project may include grant funding from FEMA and COR3, as well as funding from the MAP. As such, the project must comply with the applicable federal and local laws, regulations, and policies.
Interested qualified parties are invited to submit proposals. The submittals are due Monday, March 9, 2022. Respondents shall submit one electronic PDF proposal via email to Rubí Rodríguez at rfp@museoarteponce.org.
Any firms interested in this RFP should register by sending an email to: rfp@museoarteponce.org by February 28, 2022. Registering with MAP will ensure receipt of any published addenda. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is each vendors responsibility to ensure that it has a copy of any addenda by reviewing the MAP’s website.
All inquiries, requests for additional information and questions should also be submitted electronically to rfp@museoarteponce.org and must be submitted no later than February 28, 2022.All communications regarding this RFP must include the RFP number in the subject line.
Responses to any inquiries received, if any, will be distributed via Addendum to all firms who express interest in this RFP pursuant to these instructions and in accordance with the deadlines stated in the table below.

Submissions received after thedate and time stated above will not be considered. Please note that the RFP timeline includes target dates and may change subject to the sole discretion of MAP.
- Part 1 “Pre-Proposal Meeting” of Section C of the Proposal is amended to read as follows:
A mandatory, compulsory pre-proposal meeting and job site walk-through will be held on February 11, 2022at Museo de Arte de Ponce (MAP) in Ponce, PR. A second walk-through will be held on February 24, 2022. This second sitewalk is only mandatory for those interested vendors that were unable to attend the first sitewalk. These meetings will be held to answer any questions regarding this project and allow prospective proposers to view the existing site. A brief Q&A session will be held at the end of each sitewalk to clarify questions related to the facilities. All questions related to the RFP requirements must be submitted in writing by the stated deadline to be addressed by MAP via addendum.
- Part 5. “Proposal Review, Consultant Selection and Award Schedule” of Section C of the Proposal is amended to read as follows:
