Library
The Rosario Ferré Library provides information for the study and research of the works of art and collections at the Museum as well as art in general. The Rosario Ferré Library (2010) holds one of the most comprehensive collections available in Puerto Rico. Its holdings contain approximately 25,000 art-related publications, reference books, auction and exhibition catalogs, as well as a special collection of rare books and the private libraries of the Museum’s founder Luis A. Ferré and his daughter, the writer Rosario Ferré Ramirez de Arellano.

Collections
The library’s holdings are divided by collections. European art, its largest collection, is subdivided by schools and artists; other collections include subjects on arts of the Americas and Asia, European and American artists, auction and exhibition catalogs, museology and conservation, art reference, rare books, and children’s books.
