Todo Totem, Marko Remec
Inspired by the ubiquitous utility poles and safety mirrors present in the familiar urban landscape of New York City, the New York based artist Marko Remec creates modern totems that invite the viewer to reflect on facets of today’s urban and suburban condition – surveillance and paranoia, narcissism and indifference.

Fervor and Fantasy: The Passion by Gustave Doré
Regardless of whether one sympathizes with another religion or none, the story of the Passion and death of Jesus is one of the most fascinating ever told. Perhaps no artist has conjured a darkness so intense to represent these scenes as the French painter and engraver Gustave Doré (1832-1883). His creativity and aesthetic interests serve as the center of the Fervor and Fantasy exhibition, composed of five masterpieces by Doré that illustrate different moments of the Passion of Jesus.

Jack Délano: 100 Years
Retrospective celebrating the 100th anniversary of the artist Jack Délano (1914 – 1997). This exhibition explores his different artistic talents, from photography and illustration to music, dance, film and theater.

Wise Men from the East: The Magi Portraits by Rubens
Around 1616, Peter Paul Rubens (1577-1640) painted an unusual series of portraits of the three Magi for the Antwerp scholar Balthasar Moretus (1574-1641). At the time, Moretus directed the prolific Plantin press, one of the most active printing establishments in Europe at the time of the Catholic Reformation.

Decay and Revolution: Art in Vienna, 1890-1910
In March 2014, the Museo de Arte de Ponce presented Decay and Revolution: Art in Vienna, 1890-1910, consisting of thirty-six works from the Österreichische Galerie Belvedere and bringing Gustax Klimt and the art of the Secession movement of Puerto Rico for the first time.

Paradise and Words: A Dialogue between Art and Literature in Puerto Rico
The exhibition Paradise and Words traces a historical-artistic journey that explores Puerto Rican art from the 18th century to the present day through a set of more than 250 works from the Museum’s collections, united by the intimate creation of literature. The exhibition begins with the examples of portraits and pictures of devotion, by the renowned Puerto Rican artist José Campeche y Jordán.
