The Museo de Arte de Ponce and Brands of Puerto Rico establish an alliance for the sale of products from the MAP Store

Ponce – Starting this September, the public on the island, as well as residents of the United States and Latin American markets, will have access to a wide selection of items from the Museo de Arte de Ponce’s MAP Store through the renowned e-commerce platform,

“We are very pleased to have finalized this collaboration with Brands of Puerto Rico, which will allow us to offer items from the MAP Store virtually to a variety of markets. Each purchase will contribute to the preservation of the Museum and the development of our community programs. This is another great achievement for the institution and we hope to count on the patronage of the local public and also of Puerto Ricans in the diaspora, who will now have access to our products from the comfort of their homes,” said Alejandra Peña Gutiérrez, executive director of the Museo de Arte de Ponce.

The selection of items is very varied and will be incorporated into the platform gradually. Among the products that will be available online are mugs, journals, T-shirts and caps with the Museum’s logo, as well as the catalog “Masterpieces from the Museo de Arte de Ponce Collection,” among other publications. Also available will be tote bags, mugs, bookmarks, posters and puzzles of the iconic work Flaming June (ca.1895), by Frederic Leighton, as well as merchandise alluding to other recognized works in the collection.
